1. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials presented on the website vsenach.ru, including but not limited to: audio recordings (phonograms and musical works), song lyrics, poetic works, graphic images (album covers, logo, photographs), video and text materials, are the result of intellectual activity and are protected by the current legislation of the Russian Federation (Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Part 4) and international copyright and related rights law.

The exclusive copyright and related rights to all listed objects belong to the label Vsenach Records and personally to composer Vadim Surkov, unless otherwise specified.

2. Confirmation of Authorship and Fixation of Rights

The Vsenach Records label pays paramount attention to the protection of intellectual property. All music tracks, lyrics and images undergo a deposition procedure in specialized digital services (for example, n'RIS), which allows recording authorship with an exact date and immutability of content. The obtained deposition certificates are significant evidence in resolving disputes.

In addition, all published audio files contain the necessary metadata with information about the author and copyright holder, and also use Content ID technologies to automatically detect illegal use on digital platforms.

In case of detection of violations, we reserve the right to take all measures provided by law, up to going to court with a claim for compensation (Article 1301 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) and blocking pirated content.

6. Liability for Copyright Infringement

Violation of exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity entails civil, administrative (Article 7.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) and criminal (Article 146 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) liability in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
